How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We will ship out your order in 1-3 days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5-12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom. Other countries can take up to 30 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Where does my product ship from?

We work closely with suppliers all over the world. We have warehouses in USA and China so where your product ships from may depend on what you ordered and which warehouse it is located in at the time of order. You may find more information on the product page you ordered from.


Refund & Replacement Policies If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Note: MOREMIRLI will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail.

Cancellations

We cannot do order cancellations or refunds once a product has shipped. You may request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.
